As an established newborn photographer, I’m constantly honing my skills and attending specialist training. This is to ensure I deliver the very highest standard of portraits to my clients.
I’m also an active member of BANPAS – the UK’s only dedicated trade association for Newborn and Baby Photographers.
BANPAS support photographers in many areas of their business. This includes sharing best practice in terms of working safely with newborns and babies.
BANPAS offer 2 levels of membership – standard and Pro. Their Pro Level membership is only accessible to those whose work meets the highest standards.
I’m delighted to have achieved Pro Level Membership with BANPAS and it’s something I’m really proud of.
To achieve this level I had to submit a portfolio of 12 images. The images had to include specific elements – such as a sibling or family image. They were then scored by a panel which includes some of the UK’s most respected newborn photographers. It’s very difficult to achieve the pass mark and only around 10% of the entire BANPAS membership are Pro Members.
Below are some of the images I included in my portfolio submission.
I’m over the moon that the standard of work I produce has been recognised by this leading organisation. I’d love to thank all of my past clients for trusting me with their precious bundles because if it weren’t for you, none of this would be possible.
